About Us
Bay View Homecare is a small, privately owned company with locations in Baltimore, Maryland and Seaford, Delaware . As a small business, we rely on our reputation and word of mouth for future business. We are committed to quality patient care and strive to meet the needs of our patients and their families.
Founded in 1988, Bay View Homecare, Inc. has grown from a small medical equipment company specializing in respiratory care, to a full service home medical equipment company. We are accredited by The Joint Commission in both Home Medical Equipment and Respiratory Clinical Services. With our relatively new office in Seaford, Delaware we are now able to meet the needs of our patients on the Delaware and Maryland shore, as well as those traveling to the area.
Our clinical staff consists of credentialed respiratory care practitioners who perform patient assessments upon request by the physician. Medical equipment technicians are professionally trained on all of the equipment used by our company and are available 24 hours a day throughout the year for service. Durable medical equipment consultants are available in order to assist you in selecting the right piece of equipment for the patient at a reasonable price.
Office personnel are available during the day for questions concerning billing, scheduling of deliveries, and contacting service when the need arises. After normal business hours, phones answered by an answering service and all calls are routed to the on-call person. This assures quick response regardless of the nature of the call.
The owners of Bay View Homecare are very involved with the daily operations of the company. As a result, our patients and referral sources feel comfortable knowing that any problems, complaints or concerns will be handled by them in a timely manner.
